END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING YCtlX. By
installing, copying or using the application, you accept these terms in
full. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the application.

This Agreement is entered into between you (the "User", whether an
individual or an organization) and HMY CORE LLC (the "Owner").


1. LICENSE GRANTED

The Owner grants the User a personal, non exclusive, non transferable and
revocable license to install and use YCtlX (the "Application") for its
intended purpose: organizing video lists and synchronizing them with vMix
List inputs.

The Application is licensed, not sold. The User acquires no ownership of the
Application, only the right to use it under these terms.


2. RESTRICTIONS

The User may not:

  a) copy or reproduce the Application, except for a single backup copy for
     personal use;
  b) distribute, publish, transmit, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense,
     lend or otherwise transfer the Application to third parties;
  c) exploit the Application commercially, including offering it as a
     service, without prior written permission from the Owner;
  d) modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the
     Application;
  e) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application, except to
     the extent that applicable law expressly permits it notwithstanding
     this restriction;
  f) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or ownership notice
     displayed by the Application or contained in its documentation.

Any unauthorized commercial distribution or sale is strictly prohibited.


3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application, its source code, its user interface, its graphic design,
its name and its manuals are the exclusive property of the Owner and are
protected by copyright law and international treaties. All rights not
expressly granted here are reserved by the Owner.


4. USER DATA

The Application stores its configuration and its lists locally on the User's
computer. The User is solely responsible for their own content, for the
video files referenced by the lists, and for keeping backups of them.


5. THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE

vMix is a trademark of its respective owner. YCtlX is an independent product
and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by vMix. The User is
responsible for holding a valid license for any third party software used
alongside the Application.

The Application includes third party open source components, each governed
by its own license.


6. NO WARRANTY

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE
OWNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR
INTERRUPTIONS, NOR THAT IT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR LIVE BROADCAST USE IN EVERY
ENVIRONMENT.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR INTERRUPTION
OF A BROADCAST OR TRANSMISSION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE
THE APPLICATION.


8. TERM AND TERMINATION

This license is effective from the moment of installation and remains in
force until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if the
User breaches any of these terms. Upon termination, the User must stop using
the Application and delete every copy of it.


9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the User and the Owner
regarding the Application, and supersedes any prior communication or
proposal. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions stay in full force.
